Job Summary
Ensure the daily update and monitoring of Expediting Status Report to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites by closely monitoring purchase orders, supplier commitments, and fabrication progress. Engage in proactive communication with Senior or Lead Expeditor, Engineering/Planning team, Subcontractors and Vendors

| Identify the requirement on Contract Management System as part of the Purchasing System. | Complete the user’s requirement identification for development/purchase of expediting management system (target: 100%). |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related fields.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in expediting, procurement, or SCM.
- Strong negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of constructability sequence.
- Understanding on preservation method is preferred
Certification
Certification on Procurement and Supply Chain Management are preferable but not mandatory
