Mining Manager
Job Summary
Direct and lead mining operation activities to ensure production is achieved in accordance with procedures and improvement program, budget, and in compliance with Company's policy, HSE standard and regulations. Provide the key interface between Engineering and Operations and responsible for ensuring the execution of mine planning is accurate and productive.

| Direct responsibility for Engineering and Production. | Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and support Superior (DPM/PM) in the implementation of project improvement to support operations and achieve EBT target. | EBT target is achieved and the support operations have significantly improved. |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Mininig Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 1 years previous experiences in mining operation (production), minimum 5 years in senior position responsible for entire production operation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiar with mining planning and interface with operations.
- Familiar with mining software
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
- Willing to be placed in all company location
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
