Job Summary
- Practice operation data, processes, procedures and performance, and ensure Mining BL initiatives implementation, CInTA program and on-site improvement running well and follow timeline using established continuous improvement techniques
- Ensure continuous improvement processes and tasks are in line with organizational goal.

| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min 1 year working experience in openg cut mining operations
- Competent using statistcal software application such as MINITAB
- Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills
- Strong reporting and technical writing
- Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites
- Demontrated ability to influence and lead change
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
