Treasury Accountant

Job Summary

  • To support treasury function, especially monitoring petty cash and bank account, support and provide administration required by bank, company procedures and other financial authorities, liaise with external parties such as bank and ensuring the compliance and relationship are well established.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Check / review accounting for transactions. Ensure the transaction comply with PSAK
Compile and maintain daily settlement data across all payment streams and all bank accounts. Document responsibility
Provide input into the monthly, quarterly, and annual Treasury business plan. Accurate cash flow forecasting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trade reports. Accurate cash flow data, forecasting and realization
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Finance

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Fresh graduate or have relevant experience minimum 1 years in Finance and Accounting is prefered
  • Experience in managing Account Receivable, Leasing Transactions and Cash flow reporting.
  • Understanding the business process of company, project management, safety policies, and management system
  • Understanding of finance and accounting system (computerized)
  • Familiar in Excel and SAP ERP System
  • Good analytical thinking, attention to details, English literacy
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
