Senior Statutory Reporting Specialist

Job Summary

Monitor, coordinate, and perform more complex Financial and Accounting activities related to reports information for internal and external exposure purpose in order to ensure accuracy and timely management reports and statutory reports conform with Indonesian GAAP, reporting requirements, and relevant company’s policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Monitoring and verify monthly management reporting in order to be submitted to parent group. Accuracy of the report
Analyse and responsible in quarterly and yearly statutory reporting in order to be submitted to other external parties related to governments requirement. Document responsibility
Monitor and cooperate with related parties (Project Managers, Shared Services and Corporate Group) to ensure that all deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timetables, including intercompany reconciliation and budget preparation. Accuracy and timelines report
Maintain and manage trial balance and all sub-ledger accounts in conjunction with shared service manager and ensuring the necessary documentation to support the companys financial statements. Monthly balance sheets schedule in quarterly basis
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Economy

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in handling and simple financial statement consolidation.
  • Excellent systems experience including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent working knowledge of general ledgers.
  • Extensive experience in producing statutory accounts, consolidation reporting, and annual reports.
  • Relevant accounting software experience (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Able to work with others to generate improvement ideas and actively participate in implementing new initiatives.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organization.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
