Senior Proposal Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals for client tenders.

• Analyze tender documents and coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Develop cost estimates, pricing sheets, and project budgets.

• Ensure proposals meet technical and commercial requirements.

• Participate in client meetings, clarifications, and bid negotiations.

• Submit accurate and timely proposal documents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• More than 5 years of experience in proposals, preferably in EPC projects.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and EPC processes.

• Skilled in MS Office and proposal/estimation tools (e.g., Candy, SAP).

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Familiarity with international standards and large-scale industrial projects.

• Fluent in English.
