Job Summary
Improve the occupational health service in the company as continuous development of SHE Program and compliance of Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration no.Per.03/Men/1982 related Occupational Health Services.
Job Responsibilities

| Conducts Work Environment Surveillance (Health Hygiene Hazard Identification , Risk Assessment and Determine Control) with proper method and in line with Petrosea Risk Matrix. | Work Environment Surveillance is successfully conducted and in line with Petrosea Risk Matrix. |
| Ensure that occupational health function/ program is implemented properly and effectively, and also give evaluation from it: include worker health surveillance (MCU, Biological monitoring, Health Education and PPE Information, education and training First Aid, treatment and health program. | Occupational health function/ program is implemented properly and effectively. |
| Review MCU result and give recommendation to the management how to improve health status of their employee. | Health status of the employee is improved. |
| Conduct Health Talk for occupational health and other health problem that related to work condition, work environment and the result of MCU. | Health Talk is conducted successfully. |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Public helath or Occupational helath
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 7 year experience in SHE
- Certified among other HIPERKES (Hygiene Perusahaan dan Kesehatan Kerja / Occupational Health), ATLS (Advance Trauma Life Support), and ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) based on requirement of Depnakertrans No. 1/MEN/1976
- Certified in HIMU (Hiegenis Industri Muda) and others related to Industrial Hygiene
- Has a Certificate of Registration –STR-, physician, or the like according to applicable legislation (Letter of licenses to practice (SIP), as a doctor which is still valid from the competent authority
- Required to work extended hours in the case of an emergency
- Willing to travel in all company’s sites
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
