Job Summary
- Establishing and managing of asset management business road mapping and growth strategies from cost center to the profit center along with market and industry trends, operation leading practices, system and technology update. Alignment of asset management business process and operation with the leading practices, international standard and ensure are supported by up to date of management system, proven application, adapting new digitalization and technology Ensure asset management's new business activities are well managed and controlled by conducting post implementation and value realization review, establishing success and performance indicator also measurement to ensure that project deliverables in within schedule and meet with the objectives and requirements.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Statistics or Business or Economy
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Preferred 7 years of experience in business analysis in mining industry
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, willing to step-up when required attitude and not afraid to work independently when required
- Experience in programming, visualisation or analytic tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics is not require but would be an advantage
- Having the ability to impact operations and affect change
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
