Project Accountant Superintendent
Job Summary
- Responsible to Project Accountant activities relating to Finance and Accounting function activities in order to produce timely and accurate financial information specifically for project management purpose and Corporate.

| Assist Direct Superior in monitor and controlling day to day F and A operations for projects including : project reporting, PL analysis, budget and forecast preparation, maintain account (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss) reconciliation and administration, and also for the items as follow: · Revenue and Production Data and Estimates (Including Rise and Fall) · Major Subcontractor and Supplier Cost Estimates · Backcharge to Client · Contingencyâ¬â Risks and Opportunities · Other costs, plant rates, capital equipment | Direct superior is well assisted. |
| Monitor all Client and Subcontractors Invoices are issued and paid as per contract terms (including Backcharges). | Client and Subcontractors invoices are paid per contract terms accurately. |
| Monitor the key contractual clausesâ¬â e.g. financial implications of damages, billing, other financial related clauses in the contract. | Key contractual clauses and financial implications are successfully monitored. |
| Responsible for completion of F and A requirements for project including initial project set up, bank accounts, systems, taxation. | F and A requirements are completed accurately. |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Finance or Accounting
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 7 years experiences as Accountant
- Familiar with SAP accounting system and module.
- Strong knowledge on Cost Accounting Concept
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Over time might be required to meet report deadlines
- Business travel and working for periods of time on Site Project might be required
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
