Management System and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Summary
Manage and control all Petrosea’s Management System daily activities and PAL (Project Authority Level) in SAP system & PetNet to ensure all data are updated and well managed; Perform IAQA audit procedures and programs to assist IAQA division in achieving its mission and to ensure Company’s adherence to ISO 9001.

Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Business
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Having min 2-3 experience on involved in the corporate processes function such as change management, procurement, engineering and construction, funding approval, software testing, security system, service level agreements, and corporate shared services.
- Recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded as a plus but the right candidate will be able to learn on the job.
- Familiar with Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Quality Management System.
- Has good understanding on quality management system standard (ISO 91) and anti-bribery management system standard (ISO 371)
- Have auditing skill (analytical and problem solving skill) and audit reporting skill.
- Willing to travel to Company’s project sites
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
