Lead Project Control

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and control contractor activities related to project controls (cost, schedule, and reporting).

  • Monitor and ensure project schedule and cost performance are aligned with project objectives.

  • Coordinate overall project control activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

  • Develop and recommend project schedules and cost estimates.

  • Provide analysis and advice on project schedule status, potential delays, and recovery plans.

  • Manage and monitor project variations and progress updates.

  • Utilize project scheduling and cost control applications to support project execution.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering, construction, and project controls.

  • At least 6 years of experience in upstream oil & gas projects or similar industries.

  • Strong knowledge of engineering and construction processes.

  • Proficient in project scheduling and cost control methodologies, including related procedures and best practices.

  • Experienced in using project scheduling and cost management software/tools.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills to manage overall project control activities.
