Job Summary

The role focuses on planning, executing, and monitoring lifting activities while ensuring adherence to safety and engineering standards. This position provides hands-on exposure to field operations and contributes to the effectiveness and safety of project execution.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Assist in planning and supervising rigging and lifting operations to meet project timelines and specifications.
Smooth and efficient field execution
Conduct field inspections and participate in maintenance programs for rigging and lifting equipment.
Well-maintained and safe-to-operate equipment
Develop basic lifting plans, including load charts, equipment configuration, and risk assessments. Accurate, approved, and executed plans
Identify and recommend mitigation strategies for potential operational risks.  Reduced operational risks
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of lifting and transport equipment.
  • Familiarity with SHE standards and risk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.
