Graduate Development Program - Supply Chain Management

Job Summary

The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of Mining, EPC, Human Capital, SHE, SupplyChain based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Convert all Purchase Requests assigned to become Purchase Order withinthe stipulated timeline Percentage of purchaserequests successfully convertedinto purchase orders within thestipulated timeline.

Conduct the procurement process in line with the company’s procurementpolicy and procedures of buying the right product/s from the right supplier/sat the right price, quality, delivery schedule and terms and conditions by:

  • Ensuring specification of purchase requirements both technically as wellas commercially are properly done prior to making/sending out enquiriesto the vendors
  • Sourcing, pre-qualifying and selecting the right vendors to participate inthe tender exercise
  • Obtaining price quotations, compiling them to proper commercial bidevaluation, for commercial analysis and award recommendation
  • To negotiate with vendors in order to get the best value deals for thecompany
 Adherence to company'sprocurement policy andprocedures.
Work with the legal team on the design of the framework of thecontract/agreement required for various types of purchases beingconducted Timeliness in designingcontractual frameworks forpurchases.
Work with all relevant parties both internal as well as external in resolvingany conflicts or disputes that may arise post award situations Time taken to resolve conflictsor disputes post-award.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Any Major with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
  • Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
  • Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
  • Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
