| Analysis of operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMSand etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solutionwhich can be delivered to the project. | The cost issues are analysedand determined accurately. |
| Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements canbe measured to develop and follow a specific method / discipline to measurethe gap between current process capabilities with the project's goals. | Improvement targets andprojects goals are achieved ina timely manner. |

Education
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology & Geodetic Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale

Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score

Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills

Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program

Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal

Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia.
