Establish and execute the recruitment process, such as: Sourcing for theprospective applicants; Shortlist the potential candidates; Interview andconduct soft skill test for staff and liaise with user in preparing technicalcompetency test for non-staff employee; Arrange other recruitment process,including medical examination and salary negotiation; Confirm the newlyrecruit; to ensure that the recruitment process is running systematicallyconform, with company's procedures. | The risks are accuratelyidentified. |
Prepare, administer and documented employee's movement such as: Leave(rooster and annual leave, permission, Personnel Action Report (PAR) forpromotion, transfer, surplus, and salary review, daily attendance fromorganize the schedule (for leave administration), monitor daily attendanceprepare the appropriate forms, getting approval and inform the request/timesheet/PAR to payroll and portal in order to ensure employee movement areorganized and well administer conform with the regulations. | Employee's movements are allaccurately prepared,administered, and documented. |

Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Any Major with maximum graduated in 2023.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
- Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
- Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
- Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
- Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
