Graduate Development Program - Finance
Job Summary
To support finance function, especially monitoring petty cash and bank account, support and provide administration required by bank, company procedures and other financial authorities, liaise with external parties such as bank and ensuring the compliance and relationship are well established.
Job Responsibilities

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance Management with maximum graduated in 2023.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
- Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
- Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
- Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
- Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
