Job Summary

Manage the Internal Compliance and Capital Market Management Information System (MIS), ensuring effective compliance monitoring, reporting, data governance, and continuous system enhancement in line with regulatory and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Identify, develop, and manage the Internal Compliance and Capital Market Management Information System (MIS) through digitalization and automation to enhance control effectiveness, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.  Management Information System (MIS) development and maintenance. 
Manage and continuously enhance the Internal Compliance and Capital Market Compliance Information System. Compliance system management and enhancement.
Ensure compliance data is securely documented, accurate, complete, and easily traceable.  Compliance data management. 
Monitor the schedule for fulfilling reporting obligations and information disclosures to regulators, shareholders, and other stakeholders.  Compliance reporting monitoring. 
Prepare and present dashboards, periodic reports, and compliance status analyses to management.  Compliance dashboard and reporting. 
Coordinate system updates in response to changes in regulations, internal policies, and business requirements.  Compliance system enhancement.
Collaborate with relevant business units to collect, validate, and update compliance data.  Compliance data coordination. 
Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of data managed within the system 
Compliance data security and governance.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Law or Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 7 years experiences in dealing with Associate and Compliance.
  • Ability to administer the company certificates and permits.
  • Ability to handle the regular reporting to the relevant government / institution.
  • Good analititycal thinking and Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Good reporting, communication and teamwork skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
