Job Summary

  • Create, develop and produce marketing & communication visuals and materials across various platforms to maintain and further enhance the Company’s brand awareness.
  • Ensure high-quality design, consistent brand alignment and timely delivery across all creative projects.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Create high-quality designs for corporate publications and campaigns (digital & print), social media, websites and other marketing materials.  Creative materials are delivered with high quality and within agreed timelines. 
Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the latest design trends while maintaining compliance with corporate brand guidelines.  All designs are aligned with current trends and corporate brand guidelines. 
Support corporate events and communication activities by creating collateral and documentation materials such as photo and video documentation. Required event and communication materials are delivered successfully. 
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely completion of communication materials and publications.  All communication materials are completed and delivered within agreed timelines. 
Review and ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of visual and written materials prior to publication. Materials are reviewed and meet required accuracy, consistency and quality standards.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design or other related discipline.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in creative / graphic design, corporate communications or other related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premiere Pro (familiarity with other motion graphics and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate or CapCut will be an advantage).
  • Must have proven experience in:
    • Designing corporate publications (annual reports, sustainability reports, magazines) or other similar projects.
    • Photography and videography, including camera operation and post-production editing.Strong understanding of layout design, infographic and digital imaging.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
