Business Ethics and Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

Supports the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Company’s Business Ethics and Integrity (BEI) function, particularly in relation to the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS). The role supports monitoring of compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable regulations and provides operational assistance in areas such as integrity monitoring, whistleblowing system administration, fact-finding investigations, and socialization activities. The Business Ethics and Integrity Specialist works under the supervision of BEI Manager and BEI Lead. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to support the promotion of a culture of integrity across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

 

Key Metric
Support implementation and monitoring of Anti-Fraud and Anti-BriberyManagement System (ABMS). Compliance with ABMSrequirements

Conduct integrity monitoring and assist in identifying fraud/bribery risks andanomalies.

Timely identification of riskfindings

Assist in fact-finding investigations and documentation of cases.

Quality and completeness ofinvestigation reports

Administer whistleblowing system and ensure proper case tracking.

Case response time & resolutiontracking

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an internal auditor, external auditor, ethics and compliance officer, anti-fraud officer, investigator, or in other relevant roles.
  • Experiences in Anti-Fraud, ABMS, WBS-handling, fact-finding investigations, or similar areas.
  • Capable of performing simple data analytics (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI, or others) to process data to identify trends/anomalies.
  • General knowledge and awareness of local and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption. regulations, including enforcement trends (e.g., UU Tipikor, UU TPPU, FCPA, and UK Bribery Act).
  • Familiarity with business processes in the mining, oil and gas, and EPC sectors is an advantage.
  • Experience in executing/handling socialization activities is an advantage.
  • Ability to design flyer/communication materials is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, public speaking, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrates discipline and a strong commitment to ethical standards.

Certification

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) – preferred.
  • ISO 37001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor – preferred
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) – advantageous. 

Other Requirements

  • Willing to travel as required, based on assignments
