Account Payable Accountant
Job Summary
- Perform a variety of accounting Payable activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

| Ensure that CPJ in internet banking was prepared for approval before the Invoice due date/TOP. Also ensure that CPJ prepared was already integrated/input in SAP System, and 3 ways matching was properly done. | All invoices received are complete and recorded into the system correctly in system (SAP) |
| Mark and Checked the Invoices on SAP System, based on Payment Plan and Compile Invoice based on TOP for Prepare Weekly Payment Plan. | Document responsibility |
| Ensure that all information of CPJ prepared in internet banking is correct and valid, ie. Bank Account stated in the CPJ are verified/ as per recorded in the SAP Vendor Master Data, amount and currency are correct, list of invoice in CPJ and physical are matched, Invoice that paid are stated in SOA, WHT has been included, etc. | All invoices are accurately processed |
| Being the AP key Contact person for Payment Related for the Vendors handled, including answer estimate payment date-coordinate with AP Manager, info detail of Invoice for the payment that has been done, etc. | Correct answers are successfully provided. |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Finance
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Relevant experience minimum 1 year in Finance and Accounting
- Understanding of finance and accounting system (computerized)
- Understanding the business process of company, project management, safety policies, and management system
- Understanding PSAK and prevailing Indonesian tax laws
- Good analytical thinking, attention to details, English literacy
- Having good communication skill
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
