Training Supervisor - MUTU
Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate onsite training process including implementation, policies, and programs in order to ensure onsite training is well conduct in line with training plan as well as company’s policies and procedures.

| Oversee maintenance of training files in order to provide training administration support. | Training files are well-maintained. |
| Coordinate and liaise with superior in order to arrange vendor training on site. | On site trainings are successfully arranged. |
| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3 years experiences in training field.
- Experienced in organizing imparting events and preparation of quality mgmt. system documents.
- Acceptable knowledge for various types and models of mining/earth work machines.
- High level of quality awareness for legal and administrative controls of workplace health/ safety risks.
- Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
