Human Capital Supervisor
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities

Oversee all site-based human capital functions including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Act as a key liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as local authorities, labor inspectors, community leaders, and relevant government agencies.

Support community development initiatives and ensure alignment with local content and employment obligations.

Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Ensure HR activities comply with internal policies, employment regulations, and health & safety standards.

Partner with site leadership and corporate HR to implement strategic talent and organizational development initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in a site-based or industrial setting.

Proven experience working with external stakeholders such as government agencies, local communities, and labor unions.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and community engagement in the mining or heavy industry sectors.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Able to work effectively in remote, multicultural, and high-pressure environments.
