Human Capital Officer

Job Summary

Prepare and monitor employees administration and data includes HR support for all site project employees in order to provide site project employees with appropriate HR support that comply with company's policy and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate and follow up on incoming Personnel Request Forms for sites, to initiate recruitment, including posting job vacancies in media advertisements if needed.
Establish and execute the recruitment process for non-staff employees.
Prepare, administer and documented employee's movement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee rights and obligations.
Handle employee grievances, workplace disputes, and disciplinary actions.
Liaise with government labor offices, regulatory agencies, and industry associations to ensure compliance.
Work closely with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to ensure HR compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the mining, construction, or heavy industry sector.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

- Experience working in a project-based or remote site environment is a plus.

- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office applications.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle employee and external relations.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions in a dynamic project setting.

- Willing to be based in all Petrosea's site project
