General Services Officer

Job Summary

Maintain and arrange General Affair activities in order to provide effective delivery of those services and they comply with company procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and operate to facilitate office services such as General Affairs, Expat, Employee Welfare, Security, etc. to ensure that all office services run well and coordinated conform to the company's standard and procedures. Manage and operate the execution of regular and special company's event to ensure all events are well conducted and conform to event's target The execution of regular and special company's events are well-conducted and met targets.
Manage and analysis the validity of rented office building and coordinate with building owner in term of building facility maintenance to ensure the continuation of building operation facility services. The continuation of building operation facility services are well managed and ensured.
Manage and operate personnel engaged in office services function such as security, car pool, office boy, cleaning service, messenger services, etc to ensure that all office services runs well and coordinated so that it conforms to Company's standard and procedures. All office services run well and well-coordinated, meet the requirements and conformed to the company's standard and procedures.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any Major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 1 years experiences in related field.
  • Good negotiation and approaching skill.
  • Having good communication and cooperation skill, either to the personal, organization and community.
  • Having good self-awareness to the current role.
  • Familiar to handle external issues.
  • Having strong leadership.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
  • Willing to work out of normal hours.
