Job Summary

Train and assess theory, practical, and safety of operating technique the machine / Heavy Equipment according to machine / HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedure.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Prepare and review weekly/monthly training report and then submit it to the Training Superintendent Weekly and monthly training reports are successfully submitted to the Training Superintendent.
Develop, review and implement Mechanical and Auto-electrical/electronic Training and Assessment processes, and ensure its implementations in accordance with PTP training procedures at project sites. The implementation of Training and Assesment processes are implemented in accordance with training procedures
Assist the site Training Coordinators to conduct TNA, site delivery of training, supervision for on-job training, personnel screening/selection in order to ensure that technical trades training is conducted in order to satisfy site PTP requirements. Training coordinators are successfully assisted.
Develop and review Mechanical and Auto-electrical/electronic training modules, and assessments, in order to maintain the quality always meet the requirements for project sites. Training modules are developed and reviewed.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

High School Graduate of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 2 years of working experience with operation training as trainer, especially in mining.
  • Experienced working with various type and model of heavy equipment simulator.
  • Already have TOT/WTAC Certificate.
  • Good presentation and leadership skill.
  • Willing to travel to all company sites.
