Support and Technical Services Manager
Job Summary
The Asset Maintenance Supporting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Lifting Management, Tyre Management, Undercarriage Management, and 3B (Bucket, Body, and Bowl) sections, as well as facilitating the successful establishment of new projects.
This role supports the Asset Operational Excellence Team in ensuring that assets are efficiently maintained, risks are effectively mitigated, and waste is minimized. The overarching objective is to enhance performance, reduce operational costs, and improve decision-making processes to maximize asset value while minimizing risks.

New Project Establishment Leads and manages the establishment of new projects, ensuring safe and efficient project initiation. Responsibilities include pre-bid activities such as manpower planning, securing necessary equipment and tools, and aligning with project timelines. |

Collaboration and Synergy Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Safety, Execution, MI/Quality, SCM) to align maintenance with safety, operational, and quality goals. |

Education
Candidates should have at least a high school with 15 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, or a D3 degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 10 years in the mining industry, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of maintenance experience is also acceptable. Alternatively, candidates with internationally recognized trade qualifications and at least 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Understand of mining/non-mining requirements and production targets
- Understand of heavy equipment maintenance management
- Willing to travel to projects / sites in remote locations.
- Able to work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
- Possesses a qualification and supports certificates in required duties.
