Maintenance Execution Supervisor
Job Summary
The Maintenance Execution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting the maintenance team in planning and executing maintenance activities. This role ensures the proper distribution and monitoring of Work Orders (WO), analyzes asset performance to optimize equipment availability, and supervises compliance with maintenance schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities

| Distribute and monitor the execution of Work Orders (WO). | Percentage of on-time WO completion and Accuracy of work order execution. |
| Analyze and report asset performance | Equipment availability and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). |
| Supervise compliance with maintenance planning | Weekly/monthly schedule adherence and Downtime caused by maintenance delays |
| 'Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | '- SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment or industrial maintenance.
- In-depth understanding of maintenance planning & execution
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) expertise
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
