Lifting Management Officer
Job Summary

This role is responsible for compiling and maintaining Lifting Management System (LMS) reports and dashboards from all project sites, consolidating multi-site lifting data for management review and analysis, reviewing lifting studies including configuration sketches, lifting scenarios, and load chart suitability and supporting the inspection and documentation of lifting equipment and lifting accessories.

| Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Min. Diploma degree in Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

Domiciled in Balikpapan or willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

Have 2 - 3 years of working experience in related position and field.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced), with the ability to develop clear and effective presentations, and proficient in Power BI.

Understand lifting standards, inspection processes, and documentation is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Willing to travel to project sites as required.
