Drafter (Fabrication) - (Domicile Balikpapan)
Job Summary
This role will responsible for provide technical design from create design model phase, prepare bill of materials of design, prepare model design for virtual simulation, and produce shop drawing for production, and review testing result for improving product quality. Collaboration with engineer, production supervisor, QC team, planner and procurement to resolve technical issue in operations to achieve company target with safe, reliable, and efficient design.

Create design and modelling on CAD software, provide for virtual testing and technical drawing |

Prepare detailed technical design and detailed shop drawings for production (General arrangement, Assembly Drawing, Bill of Materials, Part Detail, schematic diagram) |

Create cutting plan or nesting plate for efficiency production and provide CNC Cutting profile for fabrication production |
|
Conduct regular self-inspection and quality check shop drawings and drawing document control before issued for production. |
|
Collaborate with engineer, production supervisor, and quality control for resolve technical issue to achieve quality acceptance product. |
|
Stay updated with the latest industry trend, technologies, and best practices related to drafting, modelling, and measurement. |
|
Willing to work in any location / any project site which in remote area. |
Education
Minimum D3 / bachelor degree all major engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in drafting with focus on technical drawing.
- Min. 2 years of experience in use CAD and parametric drawing software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor) in design mining equipment or heavy equipment remanufacture industry.
- Known and updated with material specification and mechanical properties.
- Able to use other software (sketchup, tekla structure, ANSYS) is a plus.
