Document Control and Reporting Officer

Job Summary

  • Involving and supporting in end-to-end business process, ERP system, application development, oversee and review the implementation of the process improvement. Maintain and analyse SCM master data and trends in order to provide analytical reports for better support to Business Lines' Operations.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Provide and maintain supporting data (catalogue, inventory, vendor, purchasing, logistic and contract document) to support task/project deliverables to project management, and ensure the data are completed and updated. Updated and accurate data are provided
Capture detailed Business Requirement Document and propose solution Solution proposed based on business requirement
Provides analytical support by coordinating data extraction from various database and data interpretation. Analysed database and interpreted are provided
Identify new approaches and solutions to business issue identified through analysis of processes. Identified new approaches and solutions
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Diploma Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 1 year experiences as document controller.
  • Able to used computer program.
  • Willing to work flexible hours to accomodate job requirements
  • Detail oriented
  • Good reporting and persentation skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
