Job Summary
To lead and manage the training, certification and license to-work of Operational Excellence in personnels-resources, system, and quality functions to ensuring effective & efficient training operational; and conduct continuous improvement to fostering a culture of high-quality services to support compliance of project personnels requirements.

Education
- Minimum SLTA with 10 years of work experience in Mining or Civil-Construction training and certification
- Degree (D3/S1) in Education, Mining, Civil-Construction or Occupational Health Safety or others relevant fields with 5 years of work experience in Mining or Civil-Construction training and certification
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a manageria/supervision position;
- Experience in developing and implementing training and certification programs;
- Experience in managing a team of trainers and assessors;
- Experience in building relationships with industry and other institution (government, 3rd parties).
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively;
- Ability to develop and implement high-quality training and certification programs (incl. curriculum and syllabus);
- Ability to mange budgets and resources effectively;
- Ability to build relationships with industry and other institutions;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in ICT/Office software (Microsoft office, multimedia software, etc)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
Certification
- Minimum Train of Trainer Level 4 BNSP OR Certificate IV in TAE40116 - Australian Standard (preferable)
- Prefer hold POP/POM Certification in Mining Industries
