Job Summary

Plan, direct and control a project from the date of award to the issue of a practical completion certificate and ideally be involved until end of the maintenance period to ensure a project is running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all the company standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Plan and control the flow of work for a construction project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan. All project departments are successfully directed and synergized.

Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well manage.

The implementation of project management is accurately monitored
Prepare, control and implement project budgets, construction schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budget are meet with operational needs and requirements. The implementation of operational excellence is accurately monitored and in accordance with the principles of productivity as well as cost effectiveness.
Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project. Relationships with stakeholders are well maintained.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate, and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome. - SHE risks well maintained

- SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 10 years previous experiences in construction and engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management
  • Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
  • Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program.
