Job Summary

Plan, direct, and monitor the implementation of Project Schedule Operational Development. Create, develop and control schedule of work activities for a Project which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion. Therefore the Project could be completed within the time as per planned and Client's requirement.

Job Responsibilities

Key Metric
Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation equipment, manpower resources and material deliverables for construction schedules. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements (P6 / MS Project Maintained). Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
Analyse and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
Establish and maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities; ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals. Well defined and achievable Project Schedule
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Min. 8-11 years experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project control.
  • Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills
  • Ability to operate computer and other office facility
  • Determine the requirements for Project Control
  • Works in detail but can comprehend the “big picture”, analytical thinking and creative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
