Maintenance Planning Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible to take a maintenance plan and bring together all the resources needed to complete it. The Scheduling role involves assembling and coordinating the information, people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done. Verify work instructions and ensure work practices contain all information to complete task safely and efficiently

Manage weekly schedule by reviewing progress of activities and monitor against plan as well as scheduling resources and ensuring that provisions are available and in place in accordance with the plan with recognition of lead times. | The performance is successfully optimized. |
Schedule all routine maintenance activities (work orders) in consultation with Production and Maintenance, including short-term changes to the maintenance schedules based upon Production, Maintenance and Supply requirements. | All routine maintenance activities are scheduled well in accordance with Production, Maintenance and Supply requirements. |
Using system (ARMS or SAP), properly sequence all work order activities, assets, resource requirements into a daily (24hr) schedule which will be utilized by the day and night shift front line supervisors to facilitate orderly execution of all repair activities. | Repairing activities are successfully facilitated using system ARMS or SAP. |
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 2-3 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
- Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
- Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
- Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
- Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
- Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
