Job Summary
Assist Superior in carrying out daily work related to external relationship, to assist process of organization’s industrial and external relations, employee relations to minimize the negative impact of Individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes and maintain industrial peace; also help Superior to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently.

Assist/along with Superior represents project management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employee, but not limited to providing employee counseling, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relation authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organisation interest are protected. | Successful assitance |
Responsible for the administrative activities of the overall organisation so that administrative staff, equipment, and other resources are used effectively and economically. | Document responsibility |
Monitor all requirements required for licences, permits and control the extention of document and formalities matter to ensure that all document are complete, filed and extended conform with government requirements. | Good monitoring |
Develop and maintain good relationship with regional and local government, manpower, local communities, Police around the project to have smooth company operational activities. | Good relationship maintained |
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome | - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements |
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 2-3 years experiences in Human Resources, especially in Industrial or External Relations.
- Maintain to update knowledge of government regulations and law.
- Willingness to do whatever is required and work outside normal working hours to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
- Good capability in building and maintain good relations, extensive network with internal/external stakeholders.
- Having capabilities in mapping communities (stakeholders) and their natural resources.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
