Job Summary
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a crushing plant, ensuring efficient production, adherence to safety and quality standards, and managing personnel.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline).
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role within the crushing or Engineering, Procurement & Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of crushing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of project management, construction management, and engineering management principles.
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
- Skills in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
